Le Saint-Martin awarded second
Michelin star
Le Saint-Martin located in the Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa hotel in Vence was recently awarded a second Michelin star. This small and intimate restaurant, seating 35 guests, is home to Executive Chef Yannick Franques. He prides himself on preparing inventive dishes using superb fresh ingredients. Spectacular Fountains Show & Firework Display at Versailles
Located just 10 miles from Paris, the Château de Versailles will put on a spectacular fountain show every Saturday between the 19th June and the 28th August 2010, in the grandeur of the palace gardens. Illuminated installations and fountains will amaze visitors as they stroll through the grounds and the evening draws to a close with a stupendous fireworks show, all accompanied by French baroque music.
