National Festival of Popular Arts in Marrakech
From 16 to 24 July the National Festival of Popular Arts will take place in Marrakech. The festival began in 1959 and this year it showcases over 50 years of artists from all regions of Morocco. This festival reflects the country's rich musical heritage through its songs, poems, costumes and musical instruments. Performances will be held at various venues throughout the city.
