Day 1: Bangkok

Welcome to Bangkok, the vibrant capital of Thailand. Both traditional and contemporary, the city is a hive of colorful food and flower markets, buzzing off-beat streets and intriguing waterways complemented by a dynamic dining scene with some of Asia’s top restaurants as well as Michelin-worthy street food all just waiting to be explored.

You are greeted on arrival with Fast Track service at the airport and private transfer to your hotel. Nestled on the Chao Phraya River, The Siam is an urban sanctuary designed by charismatic hotel architect, Bill Bensley. Decorated with art and antiques from the owner’s private collection, the boutique property features a riverside swimming pool, Ayurvedic spa treatments, a Thai teak house restaurant, art deco bar and a Muay Thai boxing ring.

Day 2: Bangkok

Experience a private Thai blessing ceremony to start your honeymoon. This traditional blessing performed by monks is performed to bring spiritual protection and happiness to your marriage.

Today, a private boat is available to transport you on a scenic journey along Bangkok’s “River of Kings”. View iconic landmarks as you pass along the river, such as the Grand Palace, Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) and residential waterfront communities.

Day 3: Bangkok to Chiang Rai

Fly to the northern Thai city of Chiang Rai and transfer to your hotel in the Golden Triangle. Nestled among mountains, the Golden Triangle region is perfect for a relaxing escape to nature with lively local markets, temples and farming communities on the border of three countries, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar.

Day 5: Chiang Rai

The day is free for you to explore more of the Golden Triangle at your own pace. You may wish to stay in and relax at the resort or take part in the hotel’s cooking or wellness experiences:

Spice Spoons Cooking Class: Begin with a guided local market visit and coffee with locals followed by a picnic breakfast at an old temple before returning to the resort for a tour of the herb and vegetable garden. Then head to the kitchen to prepare your own Thai lunch.

Wellness Immersion: Focus on mindfulness while enjoying the view of three countries from a muslin-draped daybed. Choose from a private yoga or Pilates session or a 90-minute spa treatment where you can indulge in a soothing herbal experience followed by a cup of detoxifying ginger and honey tea.

Day 6: Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai

Day 7: Chiang Mai

Get ready for an exciting self-drive or chauffeur-driven tuk tuk adventure in the remote hills of northern Thailand, exploring rural life, remote temples and an elephant home. The tuk tuks are classic-design, custom-built vehicles with added legroom and headroom for a more comfortable ride. Bluetooth speakers allow you to groove to your own tunes while exploring northern Thailand’s mountain trails, farming villages, fields and rice terraces on your private tuk tuk journey.

Stop by an ethical elephant home run by a small enterprise that creates sustainable futures for the elephants and their mahouts. Have lunch here while watching the elephants roam and play in the fields and forests. After lunch, hop on a traditional bamboo raft for a gentle journey downstream. You can sit back and relax as the expert rafter negotiates the twists and turns of the river.

Day 8: Chiang Mai

The day is free for you to enjoy at leisure. You may wish to stay in and enjoy the facilities at the resort. Indulge in a traditional Thai massage at the spa, walk through the rice fields to greet the water buffalo or take a dip in the picturesque pool. Alternatively, private optional excursions can be arranged according to your interests, upon request. This is a good opportunity to head out for a hike in the northern Thai mountains or experience Thai cooking with a local chef.

Day 9: Chiang Mai to Khao Sok National Park

Fly to Surat Thani airport and transfer to Khao Sok National Park. Home to a rich variety of wildlife, Khao Sok National Park is a natural rainforest reserve where hornbill birds and gibbons roam among jungles filled with Rafflesia flowers. One of the highlights of the region is the beautiful Cheow Lan Lake, an artificial dam with picture-postcard views of limestone mountains and rocky outcrops.

Take a longtail boat across the lake to your floating resort. Day 10: Khao Sok National Park

Later, explore more wonders of the rainforests. Your options include taking a boat out to admire the towering limestone cliffs and unusual rock formations on the lake, discovering local flora and fauna in the nearby rainforest, trekking to jungle caves or kayaking at leisure on the lake.

Day 11: Khao Sok National Park to Koh Yao Noi

Transfer back to the mainland by boat and transfer by private vehicle to your next hideaway resort on Koh Yao Noi. Day 13: Koh Yao Noi

Spend another day at leisure in Phang Nga Bay.
